Summary: The Data Protection Lead at South London and Maudsley NHS FT is responsible for overseeing privacy compliance and ensuring data security across the Trust. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead privacy assessments for new and existing service and system developments

- Manage incident processes and escalate as needed
Key Skills:
- Experience in data protection and privacy impact assessments
- Strong understanding of GDPR, Data Protection Act, and privacy principles
- Experience with data processing agreements and privacy notices
- NHS experience is desirable
