Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of advanced analytics and automated insight solutions across multiple high-priority workstreams.
- Architect and optimize complex dashboarding and reporting workflows using SQL and enterprise-grade visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Define and execute best-practice data governance, ensuring all technical initiatives meet rigorous SC-level security and compliance standards.
- Collaborate directly with Data Architects and Business Leaders to shape the future of enterprise data strategy and hybrid cloud environments.
- Mentor junior analysts and lead multidisciplinary work packages within an Agile/DevOps framework to enhance team output and technical capability.
Key Skills:
- Active SC Clearance (Security Cleared).
- Significant experience working within the Ministry of Defence (MoD) or similar large-scale public sector security environments.
- Mastery of SQL and deep experience with Data Warehousing tools and techniques for managing large, complex datasets.
- Proven expertise in Data Modelling, Data Validation, and QA processes to ensure "single version of truth" reporting.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business logic for non-technical senior stakeholders.
