Are you a Mosaic expert ready to drive a major transformational initiative? We are looking for a technical visionary to lead the reconfiguration of casework management systems, leveraging deep data insights to improve outcomes for children and families across the Families First Programme.

The Role

  • Lead the strategic reconfiguration of the Mosaic Casework Management System to support frontline social care practice and redesigned workflows.
  • Develop high-impact data reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs to drive service improvement and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Translate complex Families First Programme requirements into technical Mosaic system solutions, including forms configuration and system logic.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Lead to transform how Family Help and safeguarding pathways are delivered through digital systems.
