Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis as agreed with key program stakeholders to support end-to-end workstream.
- Create cohorts of customer/policy data using bank tools in line with program requirements.
- Generate analytical insights using bank data and tools to drive strategic decision-making.
- Report progress to team manager and program project manager, highlighting threats and opportunities.
- Perform quality assurance of work undertaken by other analysts to support overall delivery.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Snowflake, AWS, and GitLab.
- Data visualization skills using Excel, Tableau, QuickSuite, or PowerBI.
- Strong SQL coding skills.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Data visualisation capabilities using Excel/Tableau/QuickSuite/PowerBI - Candidates should have at least one of the four required skills; however, candidates with Power BI or Tableau expertise will be highly preferred.

Deliverables/outcomes as follows:
- Data analysis as agreed with key program stakeholders to support E2E workstream
- Creation of cohorts of customer/policy data using bank tools and in line with program requirements
- Creation of analytical insights using bank data and bank tools to help drive strategic decision making within workstream
- Reporting back to team manager and program project manager on progress against plans as well as threats./opportunities to deliver
- QA of work undertaken by other analysts within the team to support overall delivery within the end-to-end workstream
