Summary: The role of Data Analyst involves transforming complex operational data into clear metrics to support decision-making within a Housing Response Repairs Team. Initially office-based in Bristol, the position allows for hybrid working after training. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across systems, creating reliable datasets for data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, implement, and monitor data quality rules and standards linked to performance metrics
  • Design and develop tools and services to automate the identification and assessment of data quality issues
  • Conduct regular data quality assessments to ensure data used in reporting is fit for purpose
  • Support the development and improvement of business processes relating to data and data quality
  • Create and manage data quality action plans, addressing root causes and tracking delivery progress
  • Identify and escalate data quality or integrity issues, supporting the development and implementation of solutions
  • Enhance and align performance metrics to ensure they remain relevant, accurate, and meaningful
  • Assess and communicate the business impact of poor data quality, clearly documenting risks in a non-technical, actionable way for stakeholders

Key Skills:

Salary (Rate): £20.66 per hour

Start date target of 27th April 2026, or earlier if possible, unfortunately we won't be able to consider candidates with longer notice periods for this role.

The expectation is that this role will be fully Bristol office based initially. Once training is complete, hybrid working can be considered for up to 2 days per week at home.

We're looking for a proactive and inquisitive Data Analyst to play a key role in strengthening performance measurement and insight capabilities within a busy Housing Response Repairs Team environment.

You'll work collaboratively across teams to enhance data quality, develop robust reporting solutions, maintain data systems, and ensure data integrity throughout its lifecycle.
