Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor the team in Agile practices, promoting transparency, trust, and self-organisation.
- Support backlog prioritisation and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track progress, share insights, and help the team refine ways of working.
- Enable collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and escalate issues when necessary.
