Summary: The role of UX Writer / Content Designer involves creating user-focused digital content for a leading banking client, aimed at enhancing customer experiences across web and mobile platforms. This is a 6-month contract with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring one day per week onsite in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating user-focused UX copy and digital content across multiple customer journeys
- Working closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, and Researchers to shape seamless digital experiences
- Using analytics, user testing, and research insights to improve content performance and usability
- Ensuring all content aligns with brand tone of voice, accessibility, and content design best practices
- Supporting content strategy across digital products and platforms
Key Skills:
- Strong experience as a UX Writer or Content Designer within digital environments
- Previous experience working within banking, financial services, or another highly regulated/complex sector
- Ability to simplify technical or complex information into intuitive customer-facing content
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional digital teams
- Understanding of user journeys, UX principles, and digital engagement
- Comfortable working with data, analytics, and user research to inform content decisions
