Summary: The EMEA Integrated Marketing Manager for Consumer Technology is a strategic role focused on launching and growing next-generation wearable technology and AI-powered consumer experiences across EMEA. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, leveraging consumer insights to drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead EMEA marketing strategies that align with global brand objectives and regional business priorities
- Build insight-led audience strategies that inform consumer marketing plans and campaign development
- Lead integrated marketing programmes across product launches, partnerships, brand campaigns, and experiential activation
- Drive full-funnel consumer marketing initiatives that create awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversion
- Identify market opportunities and business challenges, translating insights into actionable marketing recommendations
- Partner with analytics and insights teams to develop measurement frameworks and evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, agencies, and regional teams to deliver best-in-class marketing execution
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex international organization
- Champion innovative approaches to marketing emerging technologies and consumer experiences
Key Skills:
- 8+ years’ experience in consumer marketing, integrated marketing, brand marketing, or product marketing roles ideally gained within consumer wearables or consumer hardware products
- Strong B2C consumer marketing background with experience marketing directly to consumers across multiple channels and markets
- Proven experience developing and leading marketing strategy and brand strategy at a regional or international level
- Demonstrated success delivering integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business impact
- Experience marketing consumer hardware products, consumer electronics, wearable technology, connected devices, or related technology products
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, consumer insights, and data-driven decision making
- Experience working across EMEA markets and managing multiple stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative environment
