Job Overview We currently have a secondment opportunity for a Band 5 Community Nurse working 37.5 hours per week in Mold District Nursing Team. This post is a secondment for 3 months starting from 1st April 2026 Due to meet the needs of service. The post requires that the successful candidate is a registered nurse with evidence of continued professional development. They should be enthusiastic, work within the team, whilst having the ability to work independently. The successful applicant will require an awareness of the evolving role within District Nursing. The successful applicants will need to have excellent communication skills with an ability to provide clinically effective care within the District Nurse Team.
