About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Community Involvement Officer to help strengthen relationships with local communities, businesses, and key stakeholders across the borough. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by delivering engagement activities and supporting events that bring people together. Youll play a vital role in organising community events such as Armed Forces Day, Armistice, and supporting the Leisure Team with major events like the Riverside Festival and Christmas Light Switch-On. Youll also manage engagement resources, oversee community grants and awards, and champion projects that empower residents and promote active participation.
