Summary: The CX/QA Administrator is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Nexus platform, providing essential support to the Commissioning and Quality Assurance teams. This role ensures effective quality control, smooth commissioning processes, and accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The role is based on-site in North Acton for a contract duration of 3 months, starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, manage, and promote the use of Commissioning and Quality platforms, primarily Nexus, while maintaining a good understanding of BIM 360, Visilean, Aconex, and Fexillon.
  • Review, verify, and approve test documentation prior to uploading it to Nexus.
  • Develop, maintain, and support a functional Trade-to-Trade tracker, providing consistent updates to Quality Managers and the Construction Team.
  • Deliver training sessions on the Nexus platform for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative assistance to Commissioning and Quality Managers, including management of Trade-to-Trade trackers, Pressure Test records, Benchmark trackers, CX trackers, and CSA QSOs trackers.
  • Assist the CX Manager with weekly progress reports and periodic updates on current and upcoming activities.
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and understanding of CX/QA dashboards.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the organisation’s management system and project procedures.
  • Contribute to compliance reporting by preparing and updating information for monthly reviews.
  • Ensure all gateway documentation is accurately maintained and aligned with project and business-unit requirements.
