Key Responsibilities:
- Great understanding of various T24 modules and where they are used in Retail and commercial banking areas
- Ability to analyze Requirements, tickets, comprehend them and provide solution designs and get them signed by design group
- Coordinate with dev T24 engineers, testers for development and test them in lower lanes, validate the working of the fixes and help in deployments
- Provide support for any COB issues
- Design and implement T24 solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
- Ensure the quality and performance of T24 applications
- Participate in system integration and testing activities
