Key Responsibilities:
- Build and evolve the organisation’s AWS foundation, ensuring it is stable, secure, and easy for others to build on
- Develop infrastructure using modern IaC practices, primarily Terraform, with a focus on reusable, well-structured modules
- Establish and maintain guardrails around identity, access, governance, and compliance
- Create tooling and automation that reduce manual effort and improve day-to-day developer workflows
- Strengthen platform visibility through monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to resolve platform issues and improve workload performance
- Keep ahead of AWS feature releases and highlight opportunities to enhance the platform
