As the Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting EPOS/POS and in-store technology solutions across a growing estate. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, store operations, and technology teams, you'll ensure requirements are clearly captured, documented, and translated into effective, scalable solutions.
You will work across initiatives covering store openings, system upgrades, legacy replacement, and operational optimisation, supporting the rollout of modern platforms while maintaining a strong focus on quality and detail.
You'll operate in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve frequently, requiring someone who is comfortable with change, proactive in approach, and meticulous in execution.
