Summary: The Business Analyst role focuses on supporting Open Ended and Close Ended Funds projects in a hybrid work environment in London. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate workshops with business and technical teams.
  • Support the business in Target Operating Model discussions and document outputs.
  • Quickly and accurately create process flows, BRDs, data flows, and requirements following discussions.
  • Identify additional tasks or areas that could benefit from business analysis support.

  • Experience with Open Ended and Close Ended Funds projects.
  • Strong understanding of relevant terminology.
  • Ability to lead workshops and facilitate discussions.

Job Description:

Ideally someone who has previously worked on & has knowledge of Open Ended / Close Ended Funds projects – who understands the terminology and can follow along in workshops with the business and technical teams

Can lead and facilitate workshops with both the business and the technical teams

Can support the business and guide them through Target Operating Model discussions & help document the output

Following workshops / discussions can quickly and accurately pull together process flows, BRDs, data flows and requirements

Can be adaptable and recognise / identify when there are other tasks / areas that could benefit from BA support on the project
