Summary: The Business Analyst role focuses on ITSM and ServiceNow within an MSP transition context, requiring a proactive approach to developing business requirements and solutions. The position involves close collaboration with stakeholders and effective governance of internal processes, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and innovation. The role is based in Stevenage with a hybrid working arrangement, starting December 1st and lasting until April 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop business requirements and determine appropriate solution options in partnership with solution architects
  • Pro-actively share and promote the solutions delivered
  • Provide effective hyper care support for all solutions
  • Maintain effective governance across all internal processes
  • Identify and evaluate different technologies aligned with business goals and strategy
  • Conduct impact assessments for defined process and system changes
  • Identify opportunities to improve service, quality, safety, and profitability by improving existing or implementing new processes and systems
  • Develop and maintain positive close working relationships with business stakeholders
  • Communicate regularly and appropriately with all levels of business stakeholders
  • Understand business needs, challenges faced by contracts, and how to deliver benefits
  • Establish and maintain a strong innovation dynamic between business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
  • Work with in-house and outsourced IT management to develop current systems, deploy new solutions, and build interfaces between systems as required
  • Liaise with clients and partners on joint initiatives and represent the Company as required

Key Skills:

  • Stevenage - Min. of two times per week is essential
