Summary: Whitebridge is seeking a Business Analyst to assist in defining and delivering a new system for a utilities client. The role requires expertise in transformation projects and service improvement, with a strong emphasis on ITIL and Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders and produce high-quality documentation. This position is hybrid remote/home-based and requires immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the definition and delivery of a new system for a utilities client.
  • Engage with stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
  • Produce high-quality documentation and reports.
  • Work within Agile delivery environments.
  • Apply ITIL, SIAM, and service management best practices.
  • Contribute to transformation or service improvement projects.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in transformation or service improvement projects.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, SIAM, and service management best practices.
  • Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology, user stories, EPICs, (SCRUM, SAFe, etc.).

Salary (Rate): £500 per day

  • Strong understanding of ITIL, SIAM, and service management best practices, working with platforms such as ServiceNow
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports.
