Summary: Whitebridge is seeking a Business Analyst to assist in defining and delivering a new system for a utilities client. The role requires expertise in transformation projects and service improvement, with a strong emphasis on ITIL and Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders and produce high-quality documentation. This position is hybrid remote/home-based and requires immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the definition and delivery of a new system for a utilities client.
- Engage with stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
- Produce high-quality documentation and reports.
- Work within Agile delivery environments.
- Apply ITIL, SIAM, and service management best practices.
- Contribute to transformation or service improvement projects.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in transformation or service improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, SIAM, and service management best practices.
- Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, user stories, EPICs, (SCRUM, SAFe, etc.).
