Summary: Whitebridge is seeking a Business Analyst to aid in the definition and delivery of a new system for a utilities client. The role requires a candidate with proven experience in transformation or service improvement projects, particularly within Agile environments. The successful applicant will engage with stakeholders and produce high-quality documentation while working in a hybrid remote setup. The position is umbrella-based and requires immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the definition and delivery of a new system for a utilities client.
  • Engage with stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
  • Produce high-quality documentation and reports.
  • Work within Agile delivery environments.
  • Implement ITIL, SIAM, and service management best practices.

  • Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow.

Salary (Rate): £500 per day
