Summary: The Business Analyst role focuses on supporting a technology program centered around AI and data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and documentation of requirements. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes and experience in fast-paced environments, particularly in Private Equity. The role is hybrid and involves a contract duration of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mapping workflows such as form filling, document creation, and approval chains.
- Capture requirements from technical stakeholders and translate into clear documentation.
- Be able to analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support data and AI-related initiatives by translating technical discussions into clear business requirements and process definitions.
- Facilitate discussions between business and technical stakeholders.
- Ensure clarity and alignment on requirements across delivery teams.
- Support the overall delivery by ensuring requirements are well understood and actionable.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding and documenting business processes.
