Summary: The Building Architectural Contract Engineering Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the design of specific projects within the Design Delivery Management Site Building team. This role is integrated within the Technical Directorate and offers hybrid working options from either the Bristol or London office. The position requires a strong focus on contract engineering and architectural design.

• Oversee and manage the design of the SZC2203 and SZC2205 projects.
