Summary: The Deputy Store Manager at Läderach is responsible for supporting the Store Manager and managing store operations in their absence. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager and manage the store in their absence.

- Place weekly and seasonal orders and manage stock levels.
- Schedule staff to optimize customer service and manage personnel costs.
- Oversee proper stockroom storage and implement FIFO practices.
- Ensure the store aligns with brand visual merchandising guidelines.

What You Can Expect
- You support the Store Manager.
- You manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
- You lead by example on the shop floor to create an outstanding and engaging in-store customer experience.
