Summary: The AX/D365 Functional Specialist at Le Creuset is responsible for delivering project changes and providing second- and third-line support for AX and D365 ERP solutions. This role requires collaboration with IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party partners to ensure seamless system performance and successful implementation of enhancements. The position emphasizes adherence to the IT project lifecycle and effective communication of business needs into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive ERP support experience and a strong understanding of retail business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the IT project lifecycle, ensuring quality assurance and thorough testing of solutions, and securing CAB approval prior to release.
  • Conduct detailed analysis between existing ERP installations and new business requirements, producing functional specification documentation (including standard, customised, and ISV integrations).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders at various levels to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Facilitate testing and acceptance of new solutions to ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide second- and third-line support to key users, identifying issues, small changes, and escalating according to the LC Support Model.
  • Prepare and present relevant information to obtain CAB approval for changes.
  • Execute software releases in coordination with the Infrastructure Team.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years ERP support experience, mainly in AX and D365 F&O (other ERP products will be considered e.g. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
  • Proven experience and knowledge of Retail business processes.
  • Technical experience with EDI.
  • Experience participating in the requirements gathering process for IT systems.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Business or Technology related.
  • BA/BS Dynamics 365 F&O or AX (2012 R3) certifications.
  • Software development and / or PM methodology (PMI, ITIL, Prince2).
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead people, teams and projects.
  • Understanding of aspects of business management and strategic evaluation.
  • Fluent English, additional languages would be an asset.
