Salary: Unremunerated (voluntary post) Term of appointment: 4 years. Time commitment : The role will require regular attendance at Audit Committee meetings and preparation time for meetings. The Committee usually meets four times a year for a half-day meeting either virtually or at ICR’s offices in Chelsea or Sutton. Closing Date : 29th March 2026

Summary Of Role The ICR is seeking an exceptional non-executive to join its Audit Committee, which provides assurance to the Board of Trustees on the adequacy and effectiveness of the ICR’s: Risk management, control environment and governance External Financial Audit and internal audit Value for Money The management and quality assurance of data

Key Requirements The ICR’s Board of Trustees has agreed to incorporate risk into the remit of Audit Committee (which is proposed to become Audit and Risk Committee) and we are looking for a non-executive with: Expertise in risk management Financial acumen (who could be a qualified accountant) Experience internal control Sound judgement and insights A strong belief in the ICR’s mission
