Summary: WA Consultants is seeking an Atlassian Administrator for a 6-month contract, responsible for managing and supporting various DevOps tools including GitHub and Jira. The role involves troubleshooting, implementing changes, and guiding junior colleagues while ensuring adherence to organizational standards. The position requires a hybrid working arrangement with a preference for onsite presence once a week. The role has been classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical contact for tools such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, LucidSuite, IntelliJ, and associated integrations, ensuring that these services are secure, reliable, and aligned with organisational standards.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues across the DevOps tooling portfolio, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and problems.
- Prepare and implement changes to enhance the capabilities of the tooling portfolio, ensuring adherence to change management standards.
- Guide and support junior colleagues, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development, coordinating workload distribution, and acting as escalation point for technical queries.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with SaaS DevOps Platforms with hands-on administration and configuration of SaaS-based tooling, for example GitHub, Atlassian suite, Lucid, Mural.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
- Act as the primary technical contact for tools such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, LucidSuite, IntelliJ, and associated integration's, ensuring that these services are secure, reliable, and aligned with organisational standards.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues across the DevOps tooling portfolio, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and problems.
