  • Help create a Product backlog for the core platform, APIs, and data quality.
  • Partner with technology teams to develop, test, and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions.
  • Communicate and build consensus across disciplines in crafting the product roadmap.
  • Enable cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams within the product scope.
  • Appropriately identify and raise risks, challenges, and opportunities to advance the team.
  • Prioritize and maintain a backlog of features and enhancements consistent with the Outcomes.

Key Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in platform Product Management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of back end systems and APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders.
  • Able to communicate business requirements and customer needs to engineering teams for feature refinement.
  • Passionate about the importance of data quality and data architecture.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions that are backed up by data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies.

How will you make an impact in this role? Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
