Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption and best-practice usage of Harvey AI across the legal team
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across routine and complex legal workflows
  • Build prompt libraries, templates, playbooks, and workflow documentation within Harvey
  • Audit existing legal processes and design improved AI-enabled workflows
  • Deliver structured AI training sessions and ongoing coaching to legal stakeholders
  • Create guidance documentation and standard operating procedures for AI usage
  • Track adoption metrics and provide reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Evaluate new AI capabilities and integrate relevant features into legal operations

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience within a legal, business affairs, or legal operations environment
  • Strong exposure to Intellectual Property, Commercial, and Corporate legal matters
  • Hands-on experience with Harvey or similar AI/legal technology platforms
  • Experience supporting AI adoption, workflow optimisation, or legal transformation initiatives
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and documentation capability

About the Role

Protip UK is partnering with a global entertainment and media organisation to hire an AI Adoption Senior Paralegal to join their Legal & Business Affairs team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong legal or business affairs experience alongside hands-on exposure to AI and legal technology platforms such as Harvey. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving AI adoption, improving legal workflows, developing prompt libraries and playbooks, and supporting operational transformation across the legal function. The role sits within an international Legal & Business Affairs team covering Intellectual Property, Commercial, and Corporate matters across television, film, digital media, branded entertainment, and production operations.
