Summary: The Agile Scrum Master with SAP Experience will lead agile delivery within a transformation program in London, working in a hybrid model. This role focuses on facilitating agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to agile principles, and enabling high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in SAP projects and strong leadership skills to drive successful delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
- Ensure delivery cadence is maintained and sprint goals are achieved.
- Track progress using agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) and provide visibility to stakeholders.
- Support backlog refinement and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Identify and remove impediments that block team progress.
- Escalate risks and issues promptly and work with stakeholders to resolve dependencies.
- Act as a liaison between development teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and maintain delivery cadence.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.

Note: We need a Agile Scrum Master who has exp in SAP projects.
