Summary: An experienced Agile Project Manager is sought for a 6-month maternity cover contract in London, working in a hybrid model. The role involves managing multiple Scrum teams and delivering business and technology projects as part of a significant digital transformation initiative. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing data capabilities and driving agile best practices within a leading professional services organization. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in project delivery within complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of multiple business and technical projects within an agile framework
- Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Work closely with stakeholders, development teams and third-party suppliers to ensure successful project delivery
- Create and maintain project plans, backlogs, roadmaps and reporting documentation
- Manage project governance including RAID logs, budgets, burn-downs and status reporting
- Support change management activities and drive adoption of new ways of working
- Ensure project scope, timelines and deliverables are clearly defined and effectively managed
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working as an Agile Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes
- Experience managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and agile delivery metrics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience creating user stories, backlogs and delivery roadmaps
- Ability to work effectively within fast-paced transformation environments
- Scrum certification (CSM or equivalent) preferred

Working within a high-performing PMO, you will play a key role in delivering a range of business and technology projects, managing multiple Scrum teams and helping to embed agile best practices across the organisation. We are looking for a well-rounded Agile Project Manager who is comfortable delivering across both technology and business change initiatives. The successful candidate will join during a major transformation programme with a strong focus on improving the organisation’s use of data across multiple systems, including the expansion and optimisation of Power BI capabilities to support future technology enhancements and strategic decision-making. The organisation is also heavily investing in AI and emerging technologies, positioning itself at the forefront of innovation within the legal technology space. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of forward-thinking initiatives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
