Summary: An experienced Agile Project Manager is sought for a 6-month maternity cover contract in London, working in a hybrid model. The role involves managing multiple Scrum teams and delivering business and technology projects as part of a significant digital transformation initiative. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing data capabilities and driving agile best practices within a leading professional services organization. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in project delivery within complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of multiple business and technical projects within an agile framework
- Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Work closely with stakeholders, development teams and third-party suppliers to ensure successful project delivery
- Create and maintain project plans, backlogs, roadmaps and reporting documentation
- Manage project governance including RAID logs, budgets, burn-downs and status reporting
- Support change management activities and drive adoption of new ways of working
- Ensure project scope, timelines and deliverables are clearly defined and effectively managed
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working as an Agile Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes
- Experience managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and agile delivery metrics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience creating user stories, backlogs and delivery roadmaps
- Ability to work effectively within fast-paced transformation environments
- Scrum certification (CSM or equivalent) preferred

Working within a high-performing PMO, you will play a key role in delivering a range of business and technology projects, managing multiple Scrum teams and helping to embed agile best practices across the organisation. We are looking for a well-rounded Agile Project Manager who is comfortable delivering across both technology and business change initiatives. The successful candidate will join during a major transformation programme with a strong focus on improving the organisation’s use of data across multiple systems, including the expansion and optimisation of Power BI capabilities to support future technology enhancements and strategic decision-making. The organisation is also heavily investing in AI and emerging technologies, positioning itself at the forefront of innovation within the legal technology space.
