Summary: The Agile Coach role in Glasgow involves supporting a major transformation programme for a top-tier financial services organization, focusing on Agile delivery methodologies. Candidates must have recent experience with financial services clients and be able to work onsite two days a week. The position is part of a large ServiceNow implementation, although specific ServiceNow experience is not required. The contract is for an initial duration of 12 months, with a competitive daily rate offered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master Lead, or Delivery Lead
- Recent experience within UK banking or large financial services
- Strong background coaching teams in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe)
- Experience across software, data, digital, or regulatory change (not infrastructure)
- Ability to uplift team maturity, improve delivery discipline and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Must be able to attend onsite in Glasgow twice weekly (Tue & Thu)

Atrium EMEA are supporting a world-leading IT services company in their search for an Agile Coach to join a major transformation programme for a top-tier financial services organisation. The work is part of a large ServiceNow implementation, but no ServiceNow experience is required - any software, data, regulatory, or risk project background within banking is acceptable. You must have recent experience working with top level financial services clients to be considered and live within a commutable distance of Glasgow.
Rate: Up to £600 per day (inside)
Location: Glasgow - You must live within a commutable distance. 2 days on site (Tuesday & Thursday)
Duration: 12-month initial contract
