Summary: The role of Adobe Workfront System Administration involves configuring and maintaining Workfront portfolios and projects while managing project intake across various banking teams. The position requires optimizing workflows, developing reporting dashboards, and providing user support and training. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workfront portfolios, projects, custom forms, routing rules, templates, groups, and permissions.
- Manage project intake across teams such as Marketing, Technology, Digital Banking, Risk, Compliance, Operations, PMO.
- Oversee Workfront governance, ensuring processes.
- Build automated workflows supporting project intake, approvals, change control, and compliance checkpoints.
- Design structured workflows tailored for banking functions.
- Improve efficiency by mapping and re-engineering existing work intake processes.
- Develop enterprise dashboards, scorecards, custom reports, status dashboards, and SLA reporting.
- Create reporting visibility for executives, PMO leadership, and line-of-business heads.
- Track KPIs project health, capacity planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain user roles, access controls, foundational settings, and profile management.
- Provide training, documentation, best-practice guides, and troubleshooting for end users.
- Work as the Workfront SME for cross-functional banking teams.
- Support integration between Workfront and platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud, AEM, Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, and CRM or Digital Banking tools.
- Assist with API-based data flow and Workfront Fusion.
Key Skills:
- 4+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront administration.
- Strong experience supporting banking, financial services, or regulated environments.
- Proficiency in building advanced custom forms, workflows, templates, and automated routing.
- Experience supporting business units such as Marketing & Brand, Retail Banking, Digital Banking, Commercial Banking, PMO / Technology Delivery, Risk & Compliance.
- Strong reporting skills (dashboards, metrics, KPIs, executive-level reporting).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe).

Job Description:

3. Reporting & Dashboards
Develop enterprise dashboards, scorecards, custom reports, status dashboards, and SLA reporting.
Create reporting visibility for executives, PMO leadership, and line-of-business heads.

4. User Support & Adoption
