Summary: The Administrator for the ISA's department in Liverpool is responsible for delivering service excellence and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while managing client assets. The role involves administrative tasks, participation in continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining data quality. The Administrator will also assist in User Acceptance Testing and build relationships with stakeholders. This position is a fixed-term contract for 12 months within the Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional and reliable service for clients, investment managers, advisers, and product providers.
- Adhere to the team's current SLAs and all regulatory requirements.
- Accountable for administrative tasks within the team in line with the team’s procedures manual.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement principles and the 4+1 habits.
- Support continuous improvement across the team to enhance efficiency and client experience.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new and existing IT systems.
- Operate within the Group data governance framework to maintain data quality and integrity.
- Follow conduct rules and act with integrity.
- Be aware of CASS related processes and escalate issues to the manager.
- Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Perform any other duties as required.

These include dynamic Visual management boards, appropriate team meeting involvement, continuous improvement through identification and resolution of issues, and standard operating procedures Support the continuous improvement across the team leading to enhancements in efficiency and clients and customer experience (CX/UX) Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new and existing IT systems Ensure that you are operating within the Group data governance framework and that data quality and integrity is maintained Follow the conduct rules and act with integrity Be aware of CASS related processes relevant to your team and that you escalate any issues to your manager Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external Any other duties as required
