As an Account Director, you will be a key strategic partner for our clients, ensuring the seamless delivery of projects that drive results. You will be responsible for leading a team, managing high-profile accounts, and fostering long-term relationships while championing creativity and strategic excellence.
The Position
Reporting to the Client Services Director, you’ll be a primary point of contact for a great mix of clients and responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships across key accounts. You’ll be able to manage projects with ease, think one step ahead and spot opportunities to grow and develop client spend.
Managing and overseeing multiple projects at once, organisation comes naturally to you, as does leading and mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of excellence. Collaborating with teams across the agency you navigate all aspects of project delivery with ease, drive innovative solutions and lead from the front with strategic direction and guidance.
You’ll be the beating heart of projects, strategically steering the agency to answer the brief and deliver excellent client service at all points of the client journey. You’ll perfectly balance the needs of the agency with the needs of our clients, keeping a firm eye on efficiency and profitability. A role that straddles creative flair, strategic oversight and organisational prowess. You’ll make sure all our projects are delivered on time, to budget and most importantly to the highest of standards.

Essentials:
A full time position based in Leeds. Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. Must be willing to travel when necessary
